Head East on Blue Heron from 95 towards the water. Once you pass the light for Australian Avenue, we are the very next right, Avenue L. If you cross the railroad tracks, you've gone to far. Once you pass the Police and Fire refuel station on your right, you will see our building and big SEDULOUS Strength and Conditioning sign on THE LEFT. We have two driveways to park 3 across in front, a ton of space around back, or park across the street in the grass!

We offer an extremely unique feature of providing our active members with 24/7 Access to the facility. So if you ever can't sleep, were held up late at work, have some free time during a major holiday - Don't You Worry! Type your access code in on the door and the gym is all yours!
DO YOU OFFER CLASSES?
Although we believe in a more personalized fitness model that delivers each athlete the results they deserve, we are aware people enjoy Classes.
Thus we offer our Small Group Strength and Conditioning Class - Power Hour!
This Class is an hour long focusing on building the foundations of strength and conditioning. This class is not built for the very beginner. (if you are in need of focused attention, you belong in one of the more personalized programs we offer!) Each class will start with a major strength movement, followed up with accessory and core building, and finalizing with a 15-25 minute high intensity, high impact workout. With limited class slots, you will never feel overwhelmed or unnoticed, as this class will deliver a hands on coaching experience like no other.

DO YOU OFFER PERSONAL TRAINING?
We don't just offer Personal Training, we specialize in it!

With passion, knowledge, and an endless desire to help you improve, you and your coach will work together to attack your training sessions with the focus required to guarantee the results and benefits you deserve. This will include your personalized program for days you both do and do not meet with your coach, direct hands on coaching cues, corrections and motivations, video analysis and technique modifications, and full warm ups and cool downs for each workout to greatly reduce risk of injury. Our coaches leave no stone unturned, and pride themselves on delivering a one of a kind personal training experience you won't find elsewhere. All progress will be logged and tracked on your personal TrainHeroic account to make sure your results keep coming!
DO YOU OFFER REMOTE TRAINING?
With the Awesome advancements in technology, anything we can do with our in person clientele, we can now do remotely! Whether is be One on One Training, a personalized program, accountability coach, following along with a team, or a predesigned program with a specific goal, we can help you from anywhere in the world!

CAN I TRAIN WITH MY FRIEND, FAMILY MEMBER, OR SIGNIFICANT OTHER?
Absolutely, we offer Semi-Private Training as well!
We can still deliver the quality and value we believe in, while also offering you the ability to train with a friend (or two). Our semi-private training allows athletes with similar goals, the opportunity to have both their coach and their colleagues hold them accountable. You'll get everything you would from a Personal Training package for a discounted investment! Who doesn't like saving money? Your coach will deliver your group a one of a kind training experience, and will track all of your progress on each athlete's personal TrainHeroic account!

Except, our facility is a bit different. We actually care about YOU! Based on our philosophy of truly providing our members and athletes with what is best for them, and not what is simply best for the facility, it's impossible for us to give you a fair price quote without knowing more information. For example: your goals, your body composition, your exercise history, your schedule, your habits, your lifestyle and much more! Our prices our based on the solutions we provide you and the timeline in which they are achieved, not by an hourly basis.
We also not only want to evaluate you, but we want to give you a chance to evaluate us! We want to make sure you have all the details possible, so you can make the most informed decision toward investing in yourself; making sure you feel we can help you, making sure that we are a good fit together, making sure you know the all the services being provided, and making sure the person you will be working with is knowledgeable, skillful, and has a proven track record of success in the field! (If a personal trainer is even the route we believe is best to help you achieve your goals).
Our members and athletes pay anywhere from $200 to over $5,000/month to work with us, and everywhere in between! (we promise, there is ZERO exaggeration in those numbers) So without knowing all the information, just throwing a price quote at you wouldn't be fair at all.
We would love to schedule you for your 100% Free consultation, assessment, and movement screen so we can get a much better idea of you, and you can get a better idea of us! It takes about 75 to 90 minutes to complete, and again, is 100% Free. Worse comes to worst, you leave here knowing A LOT more about your body than you did before coming in!

WHAT CAN I EXPECT ON DAY ONE?
We are going to take some time gathering as much information about you as possible. For example: your goals, your body composition, your exercise history, your schedule, your habits, your lifestyle and much more! The more we know, the better! So be prepared to answer a whole bunch of questions!

Make sure to wear something you can move in, because we are going to run some tests. We'll start with a comprehensive range of motion assessment along with a functional movement screen to find out if you have any mobility, flexibility or imbalance issues throughout the body. Last thing we want is to set you up for injury!
​
Lastly, depending on your goals, your coach is going to evaluate some specific movements and take you through a minor workout similar to what you'll see in your daily program, giving you cues and corrections along the way. We recommend bringing a water and being prepared to sweat. You will without a doubt learn some things about your body a "coach" has never educated you on in the past!

This process with require a $50 appointment fee, however is 100% FREE as long as you show up and/or do not attempt to reschedule! When you show up, we will either apply your $50 to your new fitness investment, or in the off chance you elect not to work with us, we will refund your money completely!
As mentioned above, we like to use this process as not only an evaluation of you, but to also give you a chance to evaluate us! No. We offer Personalized Nutritional Guidance.

A diet has an ending. Your nutrition is a lifestyle. We aren't looking to trick your body with the newest fad resulting in fast, malnourished, dehydrated, unsustainable weight loss.

We are going to teach you how to eat the right things, in the right portions, at the right times, on a daily basis. It is going to be sustainable and efficient, and long as you are consistent. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, or maintain you current status - we will provide you the true path to success.
DO YOU ONLY WORK WITHÂ ATHLETES AND OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTERS?
NO! Our athletes range from ages 6-70, Elite level to just starting their fitness journey! We have members that come from all backgrounds in every shape and size with different goals across the board. Whatever way you are looking to improve your health, we are here to help!

Youth and teen training has gotten a bad reputation in the past from those looking at old research and who are simply poor coaches unable to communicate. As long as they are following a specific program design for youth athletes, under the proper professional supervision, resistance training is not only safe, but also incredibly beneficial!
IS IT SAFE FOR MY CHILD OR TEENAGER TO PARTICIPATE IN RESISTANCEÂ TRAINING?
The Truth: Youth resistance training creates a foundation for the future, actually reduces the risk of sport related injuries, builds self-esteem, builds strength, promotes a healthier body composition, improves sport performance, and adds variety to movement!

Debunking the Myths: There's no scientific evidence to support the negative accusations that resistance training sees, especially stunting growth. A well-designed and supervised, resistance training program can actually improve bone growth, bone density and bone development. Resistance training is only unsafe if it's unsupervised. You wouldn't let your child practice resistance training without an experienced coach just like you wouldn't let your child play contact football without a helmet. Although accidents can happen in all sports, the key is in providing qualified instruction.
The only true requirement for youth resistance training is the ability to listen and follow instruction. When children are ready for organized sports — which usually happens at around age 6 to 8 — they are ready to be exposed to resistance training in a safe environment. Regular practice in resistance training can benefit any child — even those who are not on an athletic team.
DO YOU HAVE AIR CONDITIONING?
Nope. No AC in the warehouse, just in the offices. We like to sweat! However we do have a 20ft Humungous Fan, 6 32" Oscillating fans, and 4 20ft bay doors, 2 on each side of the building. So its down right breezy inside. If you ever get too hot, feel free to jump in the 46degree Cold Plunge we have!
ARE YOU OPENÂ DURING COVID-19?
Research has always shown exercise to increase your immune system and provide endless benefits to your health and wellness, making you more resilient to the effects of this, and any virus. Thus, we will have our doors open as long as we feel we can provide a safe environment for you!

We have four very large bay doors inside our 6000sqft of space that keep it extremely open and breezy. The virus thrives in cooler temperatures than our building. Our platforms and squat racks are all 8ft apart, making for very easy practice of social distancing if need be. As part of our mission to provide a service like no other, we only allow a certain number of members within the facility at a given time anyway, to provide them with constant attention, motivation, cues, and corrections
WHAT ARE YOUR CLEANING PRACTICES?
We do a full deep clean of the equipment, floors, bathrooms, and anything you can touch after our morning session, and upon closing! We also ask our members to carry a personal spray bottle and towel with them (we supply), to clean everything as they go!

We offer virtual training, contactless payments, and hand sanitizer/cleaning solutions upon request!

With COVID, there has been a lot of Fabuloso, ZEP, Simple green, Klorox, and bleach used through this place. However we've always believed in having a clean facility so these procedures were already a normal practice.
