Dr. Sierra Gilman is a physical therapist with over seven years of experience specializing in orthopedics and sports related injuries. She received her doctoral degree from the University of Southern California in 2015. She is also a board certified orthopedic specialist and is certified in dry needling. Sierra has experience with treating patients of all ages and specializes in both post-injury/post-operative rehabilitation as well as in injury prevention. As a former Division 1 sprinter she has first hand understanding of the demands placed on elite level athletes and enjoys helping others to continue to compete while feeling their best.
