Coach Cole Stassi

Strength and Conditioning Coach And

Doctor of Chiropractice Student

Cole Stassi combines his background as a collegiate lacrosse player with his education in chiropractic medicine to help athletes and adults move better, perform at a higher level, and build long-term resilience.

As both a coach and future chiropractor, Cole has developed a unique appreciation for how movement quality, strength, and recovery work together. His goal is not simply to help people train harder, but to help them train smarter by improving movement mechanics, reducing unnecessary limitations, and building a stronger foundation for performance.

Working with athletes and adults of all ages, Cole believes that every person deserves an individualized approach to training. Whether the objective is improving athletic performance, building strength, recovering from injury, or simply moving through everyday life with greater confidence, he focuses on helping clients understand their bodies while creating sustainable progress that lasts.

Cole's coaching style is thoughtful, detail-oriented, and centered around continual improvement. He enjoys breaking down movement, solving problems, and helping clients develop the confidence that comes from becoming stronger, healthier, and more capable over time.

As he continues his education in chiropractic medicine, Cole remains committed to expanding his knowledge and integrating the latest evidence-based practices into both performance training and long-term health.
