Coach Chad Olsen 

Owner, Head Coach, and Program Director

Chad Olsen is the Founder and Owner of SEDULOUS Strength & Conditioning, and has spent nearly two decades helping athletes and adults unlock their full potential through individualized coaching, education, and long-term athletic development.

A graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Chad has dedicated his career to studying human performance, movement, strength development, and the science of coaching. Throughout his career, he has worked with hundreds of athletes and clients ranging from youth competitors taking their first steps into organized training to professional and collegiate athletes, national-level weightlifters, tactical professionals, and adults simply looking to improve their health and quality of life.


While his credentials reflect years of continuing education, Chad believes the greatest teacher has been time spent on the coaching floor. Thousands of coaching hours have shaped the philosophy behind SEDULOUS; one built on purposeful programming, individualized coaching, relentless attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to helping every person become the strongest, healthiest, and most resilient version of themselves, mentally and physcially


Chad's coaching philosophy is simple: every exercise should have a purpose, every program should be specific and progressive, and every client deserves to understand not only what they're doing, but why they're doing it. Success isn't built through random workouts or chasing exhaustion. It's built through consistency, intelligent programming, and a coach who genuinely cares about the person standing in front of them.


Today, Chad continues to lead the programming at SEDULOUS while mentoring coaches, expanding the company's performance and recovery services, and continually refining the systems that have helped establish SEDULOUS as one of South Florida's premier strength and conditioning facilities.
