Performance Coach & Corrective Exercise Specialist

For most of my adult life athletics had actually played a secondary role. I attended a medical science academy in high school and further pursued this passion while receiving my degree in Physics at the University of Central Florida. In all intents and purposes I was and am - to this day - very much a nerd. However, after competing in a few high school sports, I found that I am also extremely competitive and love the fire sports bring out of me. I knew that for me to be achieve the level of success I desire in athletics, I needed to train and train harder than everyone else. I quickly realized that there was something that I was missing and wished I had a guide to become the best version of myself.

My love for competition has me still striving to reach my peak potential and I sought to surround myself with those who share this same dream. Immediately upon graduating high school I earned my CPT from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and started down the road of personal training. This enabled me to quickly hone my craft as a coach and led me to become the Head Trainer at the University of Central Florida. Continuing to pursue this passion, I first became an athlete on Team SEDULOUS and continued to educate myself on a strength and conditioning under the guidance of Coach Chad. It took me many years to achieve what I have and to gain the knowledge I now feel comfortable to share and teach as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. I love working with anyone who is in the pursuit of a healthier lifestyle and reaching their true potential as athletes.

From general strength and conditioning to Olympic Weightlifting to specialized jump training and sports nutrition; I have the ability to train a myriad of people who want to improve no matter what their goal is. I am someone who subscribes to the simplest solution, which in most cases, I find to be the best solution. I follow the formula all successful coaches and trainers use to get you where you want to be which is: stress, recover, adapt, and repeat, with a little of my own scientific knowledge thrown in. This formula looks different for each individual and their goals, requiring a degree of insight that you will be hard-pressed to find elsewhere. I'm confident you will find joining our team will be one of the best investments you've ever made!
